Midnight visitor??

This morning when I went to go out and start the van, I noticed some bizarre foot prints on the front porch.


You can see them in the center of the following picture.


I'm guessing that a little birdie was trying to get out of the elements and our house looked warm and inviting. He was probably a little short to ring the doorbell. Next time maybe he'll stay a little longer and I'll invite him in for tea and a croissant.
