Peter had to work Christmas day and the day after. So Friday Daniel went to Lake Land College and spent the day with him. This was where Daniel and I met and fell in love. We were both part of the radio program. He had a great time touring the studios. Things have changed a lot. Not only with the building a little, but also with the technology. Everything is digital now so it all runs a little different. We had to run things using stacks and stacks of CD players. OLD SCHOOL!
One thing that hasn't changed is the name of the radio station. The end of our freshman year they decided to rename the station and design a new logo. After many suggestions and even a vote we decided on 89 9 The Max featuring the above logo designed by the one and only Daniel Lusk. After 10 years it is still being used. The logo has under-gone some change and update, but the name still stands! Such pride.
