New neighbors...

As I was doing dishes today, I noticed some birds in our back yard. There were at least 2 of them, and they kept flying around and going into one of our bushes. I decided to check it out, and this is what I found....


A family of baby birds. There are at least 2 in the nest. And here is a parent hanging out on the fence. I found it interesting that as I was peering at our new neighbors and taking pictures, the momma and daddy kept flying around. They were obviously alarmed at my nosiness.



It's a very small bird. Not quite sure what it is....Anyone have a guess?
